The Maths Mindset Academy is a sole‑trader online tutoring service providing maths tuition to students aged under 13 and 13–18.

We do not collect home addresses or lesson recordings. We do not currently use website analytics or tracking cookies.

5. How We Deliver Lessons

Lessons are delivered via Zoom. We do not record lessons.

Parents/guardians must ensure a responsible adult is present in the home during online sessions for students under 18.

Payments are made via bank transfer. We do not store full bank details, only the information necessary to confirm payment.​

7. Data Retention

We keep personal data only for as long as a student is enrolled with The Maths Mindset Academy.

After a student leaves:

• Contact details and lesson notes are deleted within 30 days

• Payment records are retained for 6 years, as required by HMRC

8. Children’s Data

We collect and process data for students under 18. For students under 13, parental consent is required for all data processing.

We take additional care to protect children’s information, including secure storage and restricted access.

We only share data with trusted third parties when necessary to deliver our services, such as:
